In today's fast-paced world, the ability to activate our Parasympathetic Nervous System and induce a state of calm is invaluable, making this practice more relevant than ever. During this session, we'll embark on a 30 minute journey of continuous rolling OMs, using the chanting as a powerful form of meditation to quiet the mind and deepen our connection with ourselves.
