Workshops, Events & Sessions!

Please stay home if you are unwell. If you miss a class in the session you signed up for, you are welcome to join another class on the schedule, providing there is space. 

Upcoming In Person Yoga Session Dates

Classes are held at Shell's home studio in St. Vital at: Shell Andrea Yoga + Kirtan  and are offered in ongoing sessions. 

 

Drop in/Single classes available at $15 per class. Please check for availability prior to attending. To join a session half way, contact me about pro-rated session costs!

Live Virtual Classes

Check the calendar for regular pop up classes once a month. These virtual classes are free to members of the Virtual Yoga Studio or $15 for non-members.

Join me in my St. Vital Home Yoga Studio for a morning of inspiring information about our breath and the Yogic view of Prana and Pranayama. We'll nourish our bodies, minds and souls with some physical practices which help us find more freedom through our chest and ribs, helping us to expand our lungs. We'll connect to the deeper meanings of these practices and where they came from. Leave feeling inspired and refreshed!

 

Our session will be a mix of practice and discussion. Bring a Yoga mat, blanket, notebook and your favourite mug. Tea and small snack included. $75 Space is limited - please register with Shell at shellyogakirtan@gmail.com
